Garware Offshore Services Limited has received a Letter of Award (LOA) for the charter of one of its vessels. The charter contract is for a period of four years with an option for a one-year extension. The annual contract value is approximately ₹31.00 crores.
The LOA is subject to the final execution of a Charter Party Agreement. This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
