Gautam Exim Limited appointed Mr. Vishad Jaiswal as Company Secretary, effective March 11, 2026, as per a board resolution.
The board authorized filing of e-forms DIR-12, MR-1, and MGT-14 with the Registrar of Companies and intimation to stock exchanges.
The appointment is in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and Mr. Jaiswal is an Associate Member of the ICSI.
