Gayatri Highways Limited has intimated that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at the Registered Office of the Company. The Board will consider and approve the unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with any other business with the permission of the chair.
Additionally, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares is closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other connected persons. The closure period is from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026.
