Gayatri Highways Limited has postponed its previously scheduled board meeting through a regulatory filing dated November 4, 2026.
The board meeting, which was originally scheduled for November 5, 2026, as intimated on October 16, 2026, has been rescheduled to Thursday, November 12, 2026, due to unavoidable circumstances.
The purpose of the rescheduled meeting is to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, and to address any other business with the permission of the chair.
Additionally, the company confirmed that its trading window for dealing in equity shares remains closed in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure period is from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for Q2 FY27. This restriction applies to all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other connected persons.
