GDL Leasing appointed Mr. Suraj Prajapat as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective April 30, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on April 30, 2025.
Mr. Prajapat is a qualified Company Secretary with experience in regulatory compliance and SEBI regulations.
