GE Power India board approved execution of a Leave and License Agreement and Contract Manufacturing Agreement with Quality Profiles Private Limited.
QPPL will use GEPIL's Vadodara infrastructure to set up a facility for refurbishing large rotating equipment and manufacturing spares.
The agreements facilitate operational arrangements for contract manufacturing services as per GEPIL's specifications and requirements.
