GEE Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange about an upcoming board meeting scheduled for Thursday, 06th August 2026. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and subsequent amendments, the company's Trading Window has been closed with effect from 1st July 2026. The Trading Window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results on 06th August 2026.
During this Trading Window closure period, all designated persons including Promoters, Directors, Connected Persons, Insiders, and their Immediate Relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares and securities.
