Geecee Ventures Limited has provided an update regarding the disinvestment of its subsidiary, Geecee Business Private Limited. This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations").
The company has completed the transaction with respect to the disinvestment that was previously announced in its letter dated June 26, 2026. As a result of this completed transaction, Geecee Business Private Limited has ceased to be a subsidiary of Geecee Ventures Limited and has now become an associate company of the Company.
