Geeken Seating Collection Announces Majority Stake Sale to BIG FM and New Managing Director
On July 27, 2026, Geeken Seating Collection Private Limited, a leading Indian manufacturer of home, workplace, institutional, educational and healthcare furniture solutions, disclosed a strategic partnership with Reliance Broadcast Network Limited (RBNL). The investment arm of RBNL, BIG FM Investments Pvt. Ltd., acquired a majority stake in Geeken, positioning RBNL within India’s expanding multi‑sectoral furniture market.
The announcement also introduced Mr. Sahil Mangla as the new Managing Director of Geeken. Existing leadership – Chairman Mr. Kedar Nath Pandey, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Rajiv Kapoor and President‑Sales Mr. Maninder Singh – will continue to manage day‑to‑day operations.
Both parties stated that the partnership will leverage RBNL’s ecosystem to scale Geeken’s furniture solutions across domestic and export markets, with an emphasis on innovation, operational excellence and best‑in‑class customer service aligned with global standards.
Geeken has engaged Ernst & Young (EY) as strategic advisors to guide the next phase of transformation and growth. The company, founded in 1997, operates through its website www.geeken.in.
Reliance Broadcast Network Limited, which operates 92.7 BIG FM – India’s largest private FM radio network – highlighted its strategic investments in media and business solutions as part of this move.
