However, subsequent to this investment, Solluz will become an associate of the Company.
Amendment Details
The revision in the Share Subscription Agreement pertains to the issue price per equity share. The price has been revised from ₹24 per equity share to ₹25 per equity share (maintaining the same face value of ₹10 and premium of ₹15 per share). This revision resulted in an increase in the overall investment amount from ₹5,06,56,320 to ₹5,27,67,000.
