General Dynamics IT Wins $39M Navy Contract

General Dynamics Information Technology received a $39.2 million modification to a cost‑plus‑fixed‑fee contract for the Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System.
If all four option periods are exercised, the total contract value could rise to $79.3 million, extending through May 14 2028.
The Navy will initially obligate $3.87 million in FY 2026 operations and maintenance funds, with work split 60% New Orleans and 40% Arlington.
