Genus Power Demerger Allots 5.08 Crore Shares

Genus Prime Infra allotted 5.08 crore equity shares to Genus Power shareholders pursuant to a demerger scheme approved by NCLT.
The allotment was approved by the Genus Prime Infra board on April 10, 2026, for shareholders of record on February 06, 2026.
The newly allotted shares will be listed on BSE and will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of Genus Prime Infra.
