Claim Status and Conditions
The interim claim disbursements are:
- Released by the insurer
- Without prejudice to the final settlement
- Not to be construed as final settlement of the insurance claim
Ongoing Process
The assessment, evaluation and quantification of total loss by appointed surveyors is currently underway. The final claim amount and ultimate settlement are subject to:
