GHCL Textiles Board recommended Deloitte Haskins & Sells as Statutory Auditor for five years from FY26-27, subject to shareholder approval.
The Board reappointed SPMB & Co. LLP as Internal Auditor and R J Goel & Co. as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
