GHV Infra Projects received a Letter of Intent for a €630 million EPC contract from Cameroon Tyres Factory Project SA.
The project involves constructing a greenfield tyre manufacturing plant in Cameroon with a capacity of 7.6 million tyres per annum.
The contract value is approximately INR 7,000 crores excluding taxes with a 36-month completion period from notice to proceed.
This is an international EPC contract award disclosed under SEBI Listing Regulations.
