GIC Re's Board accepted CFO V. Balkrishna's resignation under the Voluntary Retirement Scheme.
Deputy General Manager Rajesh Laheri was appointed as the new CFO and Key Managerial Person.
The effective date for Mr. Laheri to take charge will be communicated at a later time.
