General Insurance Corporation of India (GICRE) has issued a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for 12th August 2026. The primary agenda includes consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. The board may also transact any other matter deemed fit.
Regarding insider trading protocols, the trading window for designated persons remains closed as per the Corporation's insider trading code. This closure was previously communicated via letter number GIC-HO/BOARD/SE-CTW-1/109/2026-27 dated 25th June 2026. The trading window will reopen after the expiry of forty-eight hours following the announcement of the financial results.
