The Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 28, 2026 approved:

Continuation of Shri Shishir Jaipuria as Managing Director beyond the age of 70 years
Re-appointment of Mr. Suresh Singhvi as Whole-Time Director designated as Director (Finance) & CFO

Both approvals are subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing 43rd Annual General Meeting.
