The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled to be held on Friday, 14th August, 2026. The primary agenda includes consideration and approval of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).
The company also confirmed the continuation of the trading window closure for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
