Gland Pharma Reappoints Naina Kidwai as Independent Director

Gland Pharma Limited disclosed results of a postal ballot for a special resolution to reappoint Naina Lal Kidwai as an independent director.

Promoter and promoter group shareholders voted unanimously in favor (100%), while public institutions approved with 86.42% in favor.
