Gland Pharma Reappoints Naina Lal Kidwai Director

Gland Pharma Limited's Board approved the re-appointment of Ms. Naina Lal Kidwai as an Independent Director for a second five-year term.
The re-appointment is effective from May 17, 2026, to May 16, 2031, pending shareholder approval via postal ballot and e-voting.
Ms. Kidwai is Chairman of Rothschild & Co India and holds non-executive director positions on several corporate boards including Holcim and Biocon.
