Company Disclosure

Global Longlife Hospital and Research Limited (Scrip Code: 543520, ISIN: INE0J2K01014) has made a disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding alteration in the Objects Clause of the Company's Memorandum of Association.

Nature of Event

The Company received approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on August 25, 2026, for Form MGT-14 filed in connection with the alteration of the Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association.

Effective Date

The amended Objects Clause shall take effect from August 25, 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and related rules.

Details of Alteration

The Company has altered its Main Objects under Clause III A of the Memorandum of Association by inserting additional sub-clauses to expand and clarify the scope of authorized business activities. The alteration was made pursuant to approval from the Members of the Company and subsequent filing and approval of Form MGT-14 with the Registrar of Companies.

Revised Business Activities

The revised Main Objects now authorize the Company to undertake the following activities:

  • Manufacturing, producing, processing, preparing, crushing, refining, blending, filtering, cleaning, sorting, recovering, mixing, converting, purifying, commercialising, grading, compounding, packing, repacking, disinfecting, deriving, excavating, exploring and extracting, importing, exporting, buying, selling and dealing in all kinds of foods, spices, agricultural produce, commodities, crops, trees, plants, leaves, herbs, grains, food grains, cereals, pulses, flours, rice, wheat, groundnuts, seeds, agro seeds, soyabeans, castor, mustard, maize, bajra, cotton, sesame, oilseeds, edible oils, flowers, vegetables, fruits and food products
  • Business of buyers, sellers, exporters, importers, merchandisers, traders, coordinators, distributors, agents, brokers, stockists, commission agents dealing in fibres, silk, cotton, hemp, jute, linen, plastics, rubber, canvas goods and allied products
  • Dealing in commodity exchanges and bullion markets, purchase and sale of gold, silver and other precious metals in physical form or through recognized exchanges
  • Activities relating to agricultural land, organic farming and allied products
  • Dealing with synthetic, artificial and natural fibres, nylon, rayon, textile substances, allied products, by-products and substitutes thereof

Purpose of Alteration

The alteration is intended to enable the Company to undertake the aforesaid activities and provide a broader and more comprehensive framework for the Company's business operations. The alteration involves substitution of the existing Main Objects Clause with the revised Main Objects Clause as approved by the Members.
