Globalbees Brands Pvt Ltd, material subsidiary of Brainbees Solutions (FirstCry), acquired 30% additional stake in Candes Technology Pvt Ltd on March 31, 2026.
Globalbees' shareholding in Candes Technology increased from 62% to 92% via cash consideration of INR 37,250, per a 2022 agreement.
Candes Technology reported declining turnover (INR 38.23 Cr in FY25 vs INR 89.62 Cr in FY23) with negative PAT of INR -18.65 Cr and negative net worth of INR -20.66 Cr in FY25.
