24th Annual General Meeting
The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Globe Civil Projects Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 12:00 Noon. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
Closure of Register of Members & Share Transfer Books
Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 19, 2026 to Friday, September 25, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 24th Annual General Meeting.
E-Voting Arrangements
Friday, September 18, 2026 is the cut-off date for determining members entitled to vote through remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM, pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company is providing e-voting facilities to members under section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
E-Voting Schedule
- Remote e-voting start date and time: September 22, 2026 (Tuesday) from 09:00 A.M. onwards
- Remote e-voting end date and time: September 24, 2026 (Thursday) up to 05:00 P.M.
