The Board of Directors of Globus Power Generation Limited is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, 11th August, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 (Q1 FY27).

Trading Window Closure

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed effective from 1st July, 2026. This closure was previously communicated via letter dated 25th June, 2026. The Trading Window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned Financial Results.
