Regarding insider trading compliance, the Company had previously intimated via letter No. GMDC/CS/BSE/NSE/037/2026 dated 29th September, 2026 that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. This closure became effective from 1st October, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
The trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned financial results. Based on the board meeting date of 30th October, the trading window is scheduled to reopen on Monday, 2nd November, 2026.
