The company appointed Ankit Nayyar and Massimo Serapioni as Senior Management Personnel while Manish Shah and Ulf Wittman ceased as SMP due to organizational restructuring.
Mr. Gelhaus is part of the promoter family, being the son-in-law of Ashok Patel and brother-in-law of Tarak Patel.
All changes were approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 21, 2026.
