GMM Pfaudler Board Committees Reconstituted

GMM Pfaudler Ltd's Board approved reconstitution of five Board Committees effective April 1, 2026.
Ms. Shilpa Nirula chairs the Audit Committee; Ms. Bhawana Mishra chairs the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Vivek Bhatia and Mr. Nakul Toshniwal chair Risk Management and CSR/Stakeholders Committees respectively.
