The company's wholly owned subsidiary, GMR Coal Resources Pte. Ltd. (GCRPL), incorporated in Singapore, has been dissolved/voluntarily liquidated with effect from October 1, 2026.
Confirmation and Timing
The company received confirmation of the voluntary winding up from the Registrar of Companies, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) Singapore on October 16, 2026. Consequently, GCRPL ceased to be a subsidiary of the company with effect from October 1, 2026.

As per the annexure disclosure required under SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026:
- GCRPL recorded Nil turnover during the last financial year
- The subsidiary's net worth contribution was insignificant during the last financial year
