Key Events and Dates

GNFC is organizing two shareholder events at its Registered Office at Narmadanagar, Bharuch:

  • Shareholder Suvidha Camp: Friday, October 16, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • GNFC - Saksham Niveshak Shivir: Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Both events include a special slot for senior citizen shareholders from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM.

Purpose and Assistance Offered

The camps are part of the company's ongoing shareholder engagement initiatives. Officials from GNFC and its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, KFin Technologies Limited (KFintech), will be present to assist shareholders with the following matters:

  • Updation of KYC details
  • Claim of unpaid/unclaimed dividends and other dividend-related issues
  • Guidance on claiming shares and dividends transferred to the IEPF via Form IEPF-5
  • Updation of shareholder details
  • Re-lodgement of eligible physical share transfer requests under SEBI's special window (available up to February 4, 2027)
  • Dematerialization of physical shares
  • Resolution of other shareholding-related queries

The events will be held in person at the Secretarial Department, Corporate Building, Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited, P.O. Narmadanagar - 392 015, Dist. Bharuch (Gujarat), India.

Shareholders are requested to carry the following documents for resolution of their matters:

  • A self-attested copy of their PAN
  • A valid photo identity proof
  • A cancelled cheque bearing their name
  • The original share certificate(s) for physically held shares
  • Relevant supporting documents for transmission or IEPF-related matters
