GOCL Corporation's Board approved sale of ~38-acre Ecopolis land in Yelahanka, Bengaluru for total consideration of ₹2,261 crore.
GOCL's share of proceeds is ~₹815 crore; remainder goes to JDA partner Hinduja Realty Ventures Limited (HRVL).
Transaction to be completed in tranches within ~6 months; land is being de-notified from SEZ purview prior to sale.
