GOCL Corporation Limited has received an Order dated October 08, 2026 from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Amaravati Bench regarding the proposed Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Hinduja National Power Corporation Limited (Transferor Company) into GOCL Corporation Limited (Transferee Company).
