GOCL Corporation Limited has formally shifted its Registered Office from the state of Telangana to the state of Andhra Pradesh. The new Registered Office address is Plot No. 63-66, AIE Industrial Park, Pedagantyada, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam - 530044, Andhra Pradesh. The change was effective from April 01, 2026.
The alteration to the company's Memorandum of Association with respect to the place of the Registered Office was confirmed by an order from the Regional Director dated March 02, 2026. The Registrar of Companies, Vijayawada, issued a Certificate of Registration for this change on May 26, 2026, officially registering the order.
The announcement includes the submission of this certificate along with a copy of the altered Memorandum of Association to the stock exchanges (BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited) for their information and records.
The altered Memorandum of Association now states in Clause II: 'The Registered Office of the Company will be situated in the State of Andhra Pradesh.'
