Godavari Drugs Board Meeting for Q2 FY2027 Results

Godavari Drugs Limited has intimated BSE Limited about an upcoming meeting of its Board of Directors scheduled for Wednesday, November 11, 2026.

The primary purpose of the board meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The board may also consider other business items, if any.

Trading Window Closure

The Company had previously communicated on September 21, 2026 that the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities would remain closed in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

The trading window closure applies to all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure period remains in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
