Godawari Power Allots 13.61 Lakh Shares on Warrant Conversion

Godawari Power & Ispat allotted 13.61 lakh equity shares to Meridien Realtech upon conversion of warrants at ₹245 per warrant.
The company received ₹25.01 crore as the balance 75% subscription payment, increasing its paid-up capital to 67.27 crore shares.
The allotment was approved by the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee via circular resolution on April 20, 2026.
The newly allotted shares will rank pari passu but are subject to lock-in per SEBI ICDR regulations.
