Godawari Power and Ispat Limited has received an Offer Letter dated September 22, 2026, from Maharashtra Industrial Township Limited (MITL). The letter was received by the company on September 24, 2026.

MITL has offered the company an industrial plot bearing Plot No. 4-3, Sector No. 25, admeasuring 127,285.98 square metres (approximately 31.45 acres). The plot is situated at AURIC Bidkin Industrial Area, District Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra.

The intended purpose for the land allotment is for setting up a CRM Project.
