Godrej Agrovet Board to Consider FY26 Results, Dividend

Godrej Agrovet's board will meet on April 30, 2026 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
The board will also consider recommending a final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
This intimation is made as per Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
