Godrej Agrovet Launches Disha, Aims 100k Women

Godrej Agrovet announced Disha, a women’s career accelerator programme at its Women in Agriculture Summit on April 21, 2026.
The CSR initiative, with 1M1B and Ikka Learning Foundations, engaged 276 women and placed over 33% in agri roles.
Godrej Agrovet aims to nurture 100,000 women, having already reached 63,300 through skilling, scholarships, early‑career and leadership programmes.
Women's representation in the company rose from 8% to about 15% over two years, reflecting measurable progress in inclusion.
