- Labour & Human Rights – Initiatives were acknowledged for employee wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, occupational health and safety, continuous learning and capability development, supported by robust management systems and workforce reporting.
- Ethics – The Group’s governance framework was praised for comprehensive anti‑corruption, fraud‑prevention, conflict‑of‑interest, whistle‑blower protection and information‑security policies, together with enhanced compliance mechanisms and enterprise‑wide governance processes.
- Sustainable Procurement – The Green Procurement Programme was expanded to embed ESG considerations into supplier engagement and responsible sourcing. The Group works with suppliers certified under recognised sustainability frameworks such as GreenCo, EcoVadis, the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and ZED, thereby strengthening lower‑carbon and more resilient value chains.
