Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) participated in an e-auction conducted by NOIDA for residential group housing plots and emerged as the highest bidder. The company acquired a 4.95-acre (20,050 sq. m.) residential land parcel in Sector 151, Noida for INR 331.75 crore. The bid status was reflected on the e-tendering portal of HDFC Bank.
