Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) participated in an e-auction conducted by NOIDA for residential group housing plots and emerged as the highest bidder. The company acquired a 4.95-acre (20,050 sq. m.) residential land parcel in Sector 151, Noida for INR 331.75 crore. The bid status was reflected on the e-tendering portal of HDFC Bank.

Godrej Properties intends to develop a residential group housing project on the acquired land parcel. The development is projected to generate estimated revenues exceeding INR 2,000 crore based on current business assumptions. The project will feature premium residential apartments offered in diverse configurations.

The plot is strategically located in Sector 151, Noida, offering connectivity to the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway and convenient access to the Noida International Airport at Jewar. Following the due process, NOIDA will issue the formal allotment letter to Godrej Properties Limited.

This acquisition follows GPL's recent successful acquisition of a 23.2-acre residential land parcel in Greater Noida earlier in July 2026, which had an estimated revenue potential exceeding INR 7,000 crore.
