Gokak Textiles discloses a further three-month delay, to May 2026, in the sale of its knitwear plant originally valued at ₹21.49 crore.
The plant contributed 5.17% to FY25 revenue but had a negative net worth of ₹(41.15) crore.
The sale to unrelated party M/s V. G. Parekh & Co. for ₹19.50 crore requires shareholder approval under Section 180(1)(a).
Disclosures are made pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulation 30, with the process initiated in September 2025.
