GoldCoin Health Foods AGM Rescheduled to September 24

GoldCoin Health Foods Limited has intimated a change in the date for its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM was originally scheduled to be held on Thursday, 17 September 2026 at 10:00 AM via Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

Due to unforeseen delays in the completion and final preparation of the annual report, the meeting has been rescheduled. The new date for the 37th AGM is Thursday, 24 September 2026 at 10:00 AM, to be held via VC / OAVM.

As a consequence of this change, the cut-off date for e-voting for the AGM has also been revised. The new cut-off date is 19 September 2026.
