Goodluck India Limited announced that its subsidiary, Goodluck Defence and Aerospace Limited (GDAL), has successfully secured Quality Assurance Certificate from Directorate General of Quality Assurance (DGQA), Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, Government of India.

The certification is specifically for the supply of 155mm M107 Ready-to-Fill Artillery Shells assembled with recovery plug. The subsidiary successfully cleared Visual Examination, Gauging, Dimensional Inspection and Dynamic Test conducted by the Competent Authority.

This certification confirms GDAL as an approved supplier of 155mm M107 Ready-to-Fill Artillery Shells, enabling the subsidiary to participate in supply opportunities for this critical defence product to the Government of India, subject to applicable procurement processes, tender conditions, and contractual awards.

Company Background

Goodluck India Limited operates six manufacturing plants across Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat with total capacity of 5,00,000 MTPA (including 2,85,000 MTPA of high-margin value-added products). The company's subsidiary, Goodluck Defence & Aerospace Ltd, operates a dedicated defence manufacturing plant with annual capacity of 1,50,000 shells, which is being further expanded to 400,000 shells per annum.
