Google DeepMind Partners South Korea AI Initiative

Google DeepMind signed MoU with South Korea’s Science and ICT Ministry to collaborate on K‑Moonshot AI research program.
The partnership covers life sciences, meteorology, climate change and includes sharing AI models, tools, and scientific data.
Google will set up an AI campus in South Korea, offer DeepMind internships, and work with Korea’s AI Safety Institute on safeguards.
K‑Moonshot aims at 12 objectives including AI‑driven drug development, fusion reactors and humanoid robots.
