Gourmet Gateway India Limited has made a further investment in its subsidiary company, Boutonniere Hospitality Private Limited (BHPL). The investment amount is ₹78,00,876.36 (Seventy-Eight Lakh Eight Hundred Seventy-Six and Thirty-Six Paise only).
The investment was made through subscription to 52,383 fully paid-up equity shares of BHPL. The shares have a face value of ₹10 each and were issued at a price of ₹148.92 per share. The issuance was done on a private placement basis.
Following this allotment, the company's shareholding in BHPL has increased from approximately 95.99% to 96.17% of BHPL's paid-up share capital. BHPL continues to remain a subsidiary of Gourmet Gateway India Limited.
