Govind Kripa Infratech Enters Hospitality via MOU

Govind Kripa Infratech Private Ltd, a Globe International Carriers subsidiary, signed an MOU with OPO Hotels & Resorts to enter hospitality.
The partnership will develop an upscale “OPO Premier Marvel” hotel in Mahindra World City SEZ, Jaipur, with 56 rooms and premium amenities.
The project targets business travellers and corporate clients, leveraging Jaipur’s industrial hub, highway connectivity, and proximity to the international airport.
The initiative aims to diversify Govind Kripa Infratech’s portfolio, create scalable hospitality assets, and deliver shareholder value from the current financial year.
