GP Petroleums Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. regarding an upcoming board meeting.

The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The primary agenda item is to consider and approve a proposal for raising funds through the issuance of debt securities/debt instruments.

The fund raising may include but is not limited to:

  • Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs)
  • Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs)
