GP Petroleums Limited has issued a regulatory disclosure regarding an upcoming Board of Directors meeting. The meeting is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 14, 2026.
The primary agenda for the board meeting is to consider and approve a proposal for raising funds through the issuance of debt securities/debt instruments. The fundraising may include but is not limited to Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs).
