GP Petroleums' JV Amron Oil awarded a ₹74.04 crore bulk bitumen supply contract by Indian Oil Corporation.
The domestic contract is for a 12-month period, extendable by another 12 months through mutual consent.
The disclosure confirms the contract is not a related party transaction and no promoter group interest exists.
