GPIL Divests Stake in Ardent Steel, ASPL Ceases Associate

GPIL transferred 2,00,000 equity shares (2.52%) of Ardent Steel Private Limited for ₹6.60 Crores on 24.03.2026.
Post second tranche transfer, GPIL's stake in ASPL diluted from 20.98% to 18.46%, causing ASPL to cease as an Associate Company.
Total disposal is part of an earlier announced deal to sell entire 37.85% stake in ASPL for total consideration of ₹90.87 Crores.
